Location was fantastic, short walk from hotel and you are directly in the heart of Krakow. staff are so helpful and happy to answer any questions for where to go etc. Would highly recommend and definitely will go back to Krakow and this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff, nice outside bar area, great breakfast arrangements.
It got a bit warm at night but it was exceptionally hot during the day so maybe that couldn’t be helped. WIFI was a bit weak on the first floor but not the end of the world.

We liked the big room and good beds. We liked that we could boil water for tea and coffee. There was very little pressure in the shower head. Location of the hotel is ideal and you can walk between 5-10 minutes to everything in the old town.
We missed having a small fridge in the room. There was very little pressure in the shower head. You could add electric sockets by the beds, that would be great. We were not part of a group, so the restaurant could not allow us to have dinner from the buffet. We would have liked that very much. You can eat in the restaurant, but it is not owned by the hotel, so we could only choose from a menu card. If that could be changed, so we could have full access, that would be great.

Stayed here for a stag party of 19 lads and all had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was about £10 Bolt from the airport and it is a great location. About 10 minute walking distance to the old town. There is a bar underneath which is also outside which is great for a couple of drinks, some of the lads got food and it looked great! They didn't mind us coming in late either, no issues at all 10 stars. Check in was extremely easy, the triple room we had was spacious. The hotel lobby was in great condition and clean.

The hotel was ideally situated, close to the town centre square. It was a 20 minute walk from the castle and the river as well. The room was perfectly big enough for what we needed and the breakfast again was fine.
There was hardly any soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the bathroom and both were clunky and hard to use.
