Exceptional
The location is right in the heart of the old town. Great for looking around the town and a stones throw from the main square. We could even hear the hourly Basillica bugle from our room when the window was open. Great selection at breakfast and the food levels were constantly monitored and stocked up whenever required. The hotel itself is very quiet despite its central location. Very warm and clean with nice modern bathrooms. The staff were very polite and helpful. They even placed a bottle of bubbly and birthday note from the hotel team, in the room of our mum, after I'd mentioned her birthday was the reason for our stay. She was delighted with this lovely gesture which was a lovely beginning to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay there again on future visits to Krakow.

The property was very close to the square ! Was also exceptionally clean ! Rooms at top floor were really quiet . And immaculate . Water every day in room had a fridge ! And very comfortable! Breakfast was extremely good too ! Staff made you feel very welcome and helpful in booking taxi for airport . Loved our stay at this hotel and krakow !

I like this hotel , but my window was unfortunately at the street and across from the nightclub
It was extremely loud at night. Across from my window there was a bar or a club , a lot of noise throughout the night

The hotel had charm and character. The Breakfast room was delightful and some of the breakfast had elements of personal home made.

Spacious room, clean, served a nice breakfast and was a fantastic location to be in the main square in just 5mins .
For me it was the coffee, neither in the room served with powdered milk nor the coffee at breakfast. And was puzzled as to why, when the room was cleaned as requested, they left a cold cup of coffee on the table .
