Lovely central location, staff really helpful, had booked a double but was given the most enormous room!, good choice at breakfast and the hotel made us a lovely breakfast box one morning as we had a really early start.
Could hear some noise from the street as people were leaving the bars but only on the Sat night

Excellent location, great value for money, very comfortable beds, good sized rooms with quiet and effective aircon, outstanding breakfast selection.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town. You may visit nearly all old town and return to the hotel by walking. Breakfast was over my expectation. It was rich and nice.
The location is both an advantage and disadvantage. Noise from the street at late hours has been disturbing.

The location to old town was excellent
Room was very small, bed was hard as a rock, needs an update in the rooms , breakfast had no eggs just precooked pastries that were cold , poor lighting in bathroom no ventilation fan working , door knob coming off the door , no one to deliver luggage to 4th door as there was no elevator

No curtains or electric shutters on the skylight to avoid waking up to the sun in the morning. Just Venetian blinds that didn't block out the light. I was woken up every morning at 5:00 a.m. by the sun!!!!!
The skylight on the attic facade looks directly onto the bed, and therefore the morning light hits your face!
The management not listening and telling hotel was full so that's life, i had to do with that even if i paid to sleep So nothing was done neither a commercial gesture to calm me down.
First photo is my single room at 5 a.m. in august, when venitian blinds are completely closed and second is taken in the afternoon when venitian blinds is slightly open. See the difference between light and make you mind yourself!!!

This was excellent value for money. We booked three rooms for six of us and we all loved our stay and would return if ever in Krakow again. The hotel was very central but still reasonably quiet. The breakfasts were lovely and beautifully presented. We had to leave early on the last night and they made us breakfast boxes with sandwiches which did our breakfast and lunch!
The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from the Main Market Square, 10 min walk from the train station. Breakfast had a huge variety of food, from traditional polish foods to pancakes and sweets. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.
The elevator goes only to the 3rd floor, so if your room is on top floor (4th), you need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. However, our 4th floor room was very charming, with skylights and wooden beams.
