Perfect walking distance into the old town and the hotel was down a quiet street, so I slept very well. The lady at the desk was lovely and very helpful! The shower had to be one of my favourite things, great pressure and hot!

Second time staying at the hotel.
There is nothing to dislike.
Warm welcome, best location, 3 minutes to old market square and 10 minutes either to Babel Castle , Kazimierz. Or train station.

Clean, good location and really friendly staff. If your tour is leaving early a packed breakfast can be ordered from 6.30am. Also they provided a locked area to leave luggage so the city could be explored without having to worry about luggage. Taxis organised for us efficiently. Everyone very friendly.

The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good.
We were not informed that our room was on the 4th floor until after we had paid for our non-refundable booking.. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. There are 18 steps to carry a heavy suitcase to the 4th floor. The room had a very slanting ceiling which meant that almost a third of the floor area was unusable. The bathroom, though clean and modern, was very dark.

The location was excellent, and their was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. The room was spacious and very clean.
Having to ring the doorbell after 9.0 pm for access - perhaps could look st some sort of key system instead.

Lovely Hotel just off the old town so good walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Our room was on the top floor and was a decent size, bed was comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was very good lots to choose from and 7-30 to 10-00 meant was plenty of time and didn't get to busy. Staff were very helpful.
