Hotel is ideally situated for the Old Town as well as the Jewish Quarter. The hotel is only a very short walk to the main square and so is convenient to take in all aspects of the city from the Barbican to the castle and river. There were 3 in our party and we each had a single room with all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was more than adequate and plentiful. The staff were exceptional at all times and always willing to provide whatever help that they could. On our last day they arranged a transfer to the airport and although the driver was late due to traffic, the staff kept us up to date with the progress of the driver and made us coffee whilst we waited.
On an evening the hotel provides vodka tasting between 9pm and 10pm, a very nice touch, and in the morning there is a running group where you can venture out to see the wonderful greenery around the city.
There was a school group for one of the days of our stay who were a little noisy late at night particularly in the stairwell next to my room. I saw that the staff informed the group leader the following morning and there were no further problems.

Amazing location, comfortable small room, friendly staff, would definitely recommend staying in this hotel! Old town is just 2 steps away!
Great coffee shop next door and another cafes near by.
Breakfast is OK, small selection but you’ll get essentials, next time would rather go out for breakfast as Krakow has a lot of great cafes.

The staff was so nice and very helpfull. The ladies from the reception desk and the one from the breakfast.
Talking about the breakfast, the buffet was very tasty and varied (fruits, delicious types of bread, cheese, jams, etc)
The shower was perfect too.
The curtains didn't really darkened the room and in the morning the sunlight filtered through the curtains.
