Perfect and convenient location next to the very center of Krakow and pickup point for guided tours/daytrips. Staff are very friendly, service was efficient, and interior was nicely maintained and decorated.

I think the highlight for my stay was the staff and their amazing communication. Super friendly and very accommodating with my every need. I booked airport transfers with them and both went super smoothly. On my final day but tour was running late, but a simple text to the hotel and it was received an answered in 15mins and they were able to push back the airport transfer pick-up time. Super impressed!
The breakfast was great and the location was just superb, I was a 5 min walk to Old Town but also out of the hustle and bustle of the main square. Would definitely stay again! Really appreciated the little things they offered, like run clubs on Tue and Thu and vodka tasting sessions (even though I don't drink!). Great love and care and pride for sure!
Very very minor and a personal preference but I wish the tv had an option to sign into Amazon Prime or Netflix. The English channels were all news shows!!!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is very pleasant, but what truly stands out is the staff; they made us feel as if we were the only guests in the place. The location is also perfect—everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The staff were super kind and helpful. The location is also great andreally close to old town. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
The bed is super comfortable, but the pillows were a bit funny -I guess that’s on us, as we didn’t request additional ones. They might have had them available.
