Location was excellent, close to the ski resort. Quiet with plenty of parking space. Breakfast was amazing along with services and amenities.

It’s a great location of the hotel with a good staff working in there. I’ll book this place again.
The room felt more “classic old-fashioned,” like older TVs with no connection to YouTube or Netflix, but otherwise it didn’t affect our stay. Also, the breakfast buffet is under construction in the hotel, so they moved to the closet hotel, which is a 1-min walk, so I canceled the breakfast, but I wasn’t sure it was mentioned when I booked it.

Lovely Hotel. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Offered to make us coffee every morning. Helped with bus tickets and even printed them off for me. About 1.5 km from Train station and Bus station. Close to restaurants and the Main Market area Clean property.
We did find it hot in the rooms and couldn’t get the “air” to work but a few open windows helped that.

I really like the reception. They helped my mother with taxi and because of the event the receptionist transferred my mother to a more expensive hotel and covered the hotel. The receptionist went above and beyond to help my mother. And my mother doesn’t speak English and she speaks only Ukrainian, so the receptionist even asked someone who works for hotel and who speaks Ukrainian and they explained some things in Ukrainian. I would love to stay at this hotel in the future.

Very nice property in an easily accessible location. Beds were very comfortable and I loved the bathroom.
The room was very hot (in winter). We opened the window but were on the first floor facing the tram. The solution was to leave the window open until we went to bed.

Good location. Good breakfast. Cozy yet comfortable room. Individually controlled and efficient air conditioning. Refrigerator for cold drinks. Large shower. Clean place. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price.

The hotel is very close to the Old Town and within walking distance of the main sites including Schindler’s factory, Jewish ghetto, and Banksy Museum. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Loved Krakow.
No outside courtyard seating that we could find. With seeing the sites though it didn’t matter to us.

The front desk lady is super friendly and she was very happy to answer all my questions. The location is very convenient, short walk to everywhere but not in the center of the town so we can void the crowds. Sorry I forgot to ask her name but she helps me everything from the room service to the daily commute questions. I am very happy with her.
The room is a little small, maybe I will book another type next time.
