The hospitality from the staff at this hotel was excellent, and the location is ideal for visiting the Old Town. The breakfast was of a very high standard, and the food tasted wonderfully fresh, almost as if it had come straight from the farm.

Great Location close to Old Town with transport & food options close by. Very pleasant reception staff, always friendly and check in was smooth with all the necessary information provided, clean but compact room, excellent value for money
Small amount of noise from outside though obviously this is outside the hotels control and was very minor

Booking.com specified parking. You have to pay a daily rate - this is apparently normal for Krakow though. Not hotel fault.

Ideal location, close to Jewish Quarter and the Main Square in Krakow. Lovely reception area with coffee available.
We would recommend an extractor fan for the bathroom.
