Breakfast we opted to have it where we like and not through the hotel arrangements. Coffee shop next door was excellent.
Location was perfect just few minutes away from the old town. 5 mins walk to catch the tuk tuk for the Jewish quarters tour in the morning.
Convenience shop just one minute walk from Hotel.
Reception staff were all so amazing, they offered us free coffee and tea anytime we asked for. The Vodka tasting was a lovely way to chill out in the evening and sleep better :)
minor things like the cleaning staff do not speak English at all. Thank god i Speak Italian and at least I could communicate with one of the maids. Otherwise they just tell you "RECEPTION". But cleanliness was good.

The hotel is really well located being 50m from the Poczta Glowna tram and bus stop and 100m from Krakow Grzegorzki train station which is handy for the airport, Wieliczka and Auschwitz. Train SKA1 runs every 30minutes throughout the day. SKA1 goes to/from the Airport and Wieliczka and SKA2 goes to/from Auschwitz. It's only a 5 minute walk to the old town, Bugle Tower, Cloth Hall and 12 minutes to Wawel castle.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Wielopole and would stay here again, the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful and gave some good recommendations on places to eat. You can have free coffee in the reception area, just ask the staff.
My room (205) was fine, located at the front of the hotel, looking out onto the road, I couldn't hear any traffic apart from the occasional police/ambulance siren but that's to be expected in a city. The TV had a number of channels mostly in Polish, though there were news channels in English, French and German. The bed was comfy enough and the bathroom was a good size and clean with shower gel and soap and towels.
The restaurant was being refurbished so breakfast was served in a café about 50m along the road, the café was rather nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast had a choice of cereal, cold meats, cheese and bread and scrambled egg and sausages, along with tea, coffee and fruit juice.

Well located, clean, and offers enough comfort.
The noise insulation on the windows facing the street is insufficient. It's a crowded area, they should take care of the noise. I woke up several times.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff are warm, kind, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It is also in an excellent location. Ideal for heading to the old town and just across the road from the tour stops. Perfect

Nothing negative about hotel was excellent. But as will all hotels u always get inconsiderate people that don't respect others staying there.i told the hotels staff and they said i should of said as they would of dealt with it this was reassuring

Ideal location. Only downside, which wasn’t really a problem, breakfast was served in sister hotel down the road while work was carried out in their own restaurant. Breakfast was worth the short walk it was delicious. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Would be nice if there was a bar to meet up with friends in.

Hotel Wielopole location is fantastic! Very short walk to the square, meeting point for tours right outside. Tram stops both ways just on corner of hotel. Main train station is only 2 very short tram stops away. The hotel is so accessible to everywhere! Thank you for the best stay!
