Wonderful
Nice hotel in super location. Rooms a little dated and small, but it is city centre. There is a very very small lobby, just 6 chairs opposite the reception desk. So not a hotel for relaxing in apart from your room.
Rooms are dated and lack of foyer/lobby.

The staff here were amazing! All of them were so nice to us. They helped us with things every day and even bought us a polish cake we were looking for!! Always happy to see us even if it was early in the morning! The rooms are really nice and clean and the breakfast was really good.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Location is excellent for the Main Square.
Bathroom sink is a little small .

I really appreciate the treatment we have got. We arrived before the checkin was available and left our luggage at the reception. When we returned in the evening, our luggage was already waiting for us in our room. It totally made my day.

The reception was staffed 24/7, professional and helpful people who knew their city, and who appreciated humor and a good laugh.
Always helpful at the reception, whether it was train times I needed help with, or good local places to eat.
The breakfast was more than adequate, nothing to complain about. Good times for a long breakfast. Breakfast staff provided good service.
Very good location in terms of location in relation to the old town, to the Jewish quarters, and not least to public transport.
15 minutes slow walk from Krakow Glowny, the main railway station.
2 minutes to tram stops, 5 minutes from local train to the Salt Mines, or to the Airport.
I would have liked to have stayed another day or two.
Time went by too quickly, but I can't blame the hotel for this!
Unfortunately, we couldn't find anything to complain about, sorry to say, to those who are looking for fault!

Friendly young stuff
Breakfast is poor, on my last day of the visit there were many arrivals, I came to eat early at around 8 am and food was gone. May be can change some variety of things from day to day.
Towels were not changed when I asked to clean my room, I found it very odd, it doesn’t matter how many stars is the hotel, this is a basic thing, I am a past hotelier myself
