Very Good
The breakfast was quite good--good breads and fruit. Room was large and comfortable. Good location, right in the thick of things, but still quiet, despite there being a restaurant on the ground floor.
The European style comforters. You had to take them apart to sleep under just the sheet part--if you didn't, they were way too hot for sleeping.

The hotel had character. It wasn't modern and sterile. The bed was comfortable, the staff helpful. It was located in the Old Town so easy walking everywhere. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Krakow.

Wonderful
Fantastic hotel, great staff, perfect location. Breakfast had a good choice. Room was very comfortable and clean. 2 minute walk to main square and 5 mins to Wawel Castle.
Only improvement I would suggest is for a full bar to be available to residents. The one used belongs to the next door restaurant and has some restrictions.

The rooms are very old. The athmosphere of the hotel is old but it should not mean that the rooms are old. Especially the bathrooms were not up to modern standards.

Top floor room was spacious, but elevators didn’t go to the top floor and it was a little dark and mattress was hard.

The place is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow. The price, cleanliness, staff, free coffee anytime, and location are all outstanding. I can't say "Thank You" enough to the staff for all their friendly greetings and help during my stay.

Location was perfect, the staff were all kind and friendly, breakfast had a variety of foods, room was large and shower was strong. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.
The carpet in room could use either a deep cleaning or changed all together. The bed was too low for me as a tall person.

Awesome location and very friendly and helpful staff. We could walk all around the old city easily.

Not a fan of trash cans banging around outside early in morning but that's mostly function of that room location I'd guess

Great location, within walking distance to all sights. Good plentiful breakfast. Quiet rooms with all day coffee and water available. There is a lovely garden downstairs and the restaurant has authentic polish cuisine.
I chose this hotel having been here before and because it is Polish - the idea is to get immersed in the culture rather than stay at an international chain.

A malfunction in the keypad locked us out of our room so we were moved to a different room. The The desk person was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent
Several bulbs were out in the bathroom, mattresses could be more comfortable.

1. The location was ideal. Central square was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
2. The staff at the front desk were outstanding! All were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me!
3. My room was bigger than I expected. A great room!
4. The breakfast was excellent! A great variety of choices that were all delicious!
I can honestly think of nothing. Hotel Wawel was excellent!
