First night was good, place has charm. Location is also excellent. Staff speak good English and are friendly.
Second night I was not able to sleep at all due to faulty AC unit, although I didn't know what the noice was during the night.
Morning, there was no water, not at all so shower was out of question.
When I complained about the noise, I was not believed which really pissed me off, having had the worst night in a hotel in a long time.
For that reason I will not go back. Krakow has plenty of historical hotels yo select from.

Beautiful hotel and garden, staff are very helpful and professional. The location is great right on the edge of Market Square. Lots of great restaurants and bars very close. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast has lots of hot and cold choices, very delicious. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend this propery.

1. The location was ideal. Central square was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
2. The staff at the front desk were outstanding! All were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me!
3. My room was bigger than I expected. A great room!
4. The breakfast was excellent! A great variety of choices that were all delicious!
I can honestly think of nothing. Hotel Wawel was excellent!

The location was fabulous and very friendly helpfull staff. A free coffee, tea hot choc etc machine that you could help yourself too which was very nice

A good location, close to the main square. We were able to check in at 8.30am in the morning which was much appreciated. The bed looked a bit like a camp bed but was actually relatively comfortable.
The hotel is a bit quirky and the decor felt dated with a strange (although not unpleasant) smell. The shower doesn’t have a door so there was a lot of water to clear up. We were unable to eat breakfast at the hotel as the restaurant was very small and all the tables were taken. None of the staff approached us while we waited, so we gave up and paid to eat elsewhere. For the price we paid for one night, our overall experience was disappointing.

Location of hotel excellent. Breakfast was continental style. Staff on reception were pleasant & helpful. Shower in the bathroom was powerful.
The curtains needed to be blackout
Carpet quite stained, needed cleaning.
