Lovely clean room and fantastic location for Christmas markets.
Very low beds and sheets that did not quite fit. Quite noisy at night especially if you have a room facing the courtyard.

Location was excellent , 5 minute walk to old town main square. Clean and welcoming hotel.
Everything was fine but felt the breakfast area was quite small given the hotels apparent size. It worked and the food was fine but you could get caught out when busy. Limited bar facilities at night.

Hotel is very central to the old town. The staff in this hotel are so welcoming and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and spotless clean.
There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room. However they do provide tea and coffee on the first floor.

This Hotel is absolutely fabulous. It's homely, friendly and comfortable. I feel looked after and safe here. Nothing is too much for the lovely staff and it's warm and comfortable. It's so close to the main square so you can walk easily to shops and restaurants.

Booked very late due to a cancelled flight. Friendly and efficient staff at reception made for a very smooth and pleasant booking in experience. Lovely hotel with large comfortable bedroom.
Only stayed one night but everything we experienced was excellent.

Location of hotel was very good; close to main square but yet still quiet. Room was quite spacious and clean.
Room was in the eaves of the hotel with low sloping ceiling which were very easy to bump head on if you were not careful. We were in room with twin beds which were of a cot type with mattress sunk into frame; if your arm was resting on the side of the cot it was not comfortable.

Location was perfect in the old town. Reception staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. Room was very good and shower powerful! They made us a breakfast one day to takeaway as we had an early start - it was perfect.
The decor is a bit dated but very clean and tidy.

Better/more open info about facilities i.e no bar at the hotel but there is one at the Czarna Kaczka, no restaurant at the hotel but serviced by the Czarna Kaczka which was packed and reservations recommended.
