The people who work there were very friendly and nice. They helped us find the walking tour. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety of food. It was very homey, clean, and unique. We are in another hotel now and miss your hotel! It was very charming. I miss it already.
It did state on the website there was a Jacuzzi so I was disappointed that that was not there. I heard it closed because of Covid.

Perfect location. Although breakfast starts at 7:00 am, they prepared for me breakfast tool at 6:20am. Thanks for this kind attitude!

Really good position for access to all areas, less than 5 mins walk to the main square, 15 min walk to Wawel Castle.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, advising & arranging trips, etc.
Facilities were clean, and there was a calm, restful ambience throughout.

Lovely hotel, perhaps a little tired, but nevertheless excellent value for money and great location.
No bar so getting a drink from 'associated' restaurant/bar which is separately owned though part of hotel (yes, it's a little confusing) was occasionally an issue.
