Newly renovated room with truly 5 star accommodation. Breakfast has lots of options and the eggs omelette is superb. Location is great and all staff were hospitable. Room cleaning is top notch every day.

Very close to the car pickup circle and to Old Town. Great cafe right around the corner.
Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby, elevator was broken, but that was a temporary thing and they offered free spa access for the inconvenience, room was nonsmoking but definitely smelled like cigarettes until I cycled the air conditioner overnight.

When I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation. After providing all data and some discussion I was told that the reservation was cancelled by mistake. They were fully booked and upgraded me to Unicus Palace hotel. The Palace was great but it was a not so nice experience at first.

The location is great in a quiet street 3 mins walk from the beautiful main square. Hotel doesn't look much from the outside but it's very nice inside. The only thing I didn't like is breakfast is not available on site you have to go to their sister restaurant at the end of the street. Not ideal when it's raining. I had room 206 which was spacious and very comfortable. Really good beds and quality towels and linen. A tip if you are going to use taxi's - download the BOLT app its superb and you will save so much money. Less than half the price. Food and drink on the square is expensive but lots of other very nice places within 3 minutes walk. Krakow is spotless and safe. I loved it.

Breakfast was next door at Wyndham hotel due to renovations it had lots of choices but served on cold plates it often arrived cold
Our room was lovely but situated in close proximity of the local kebab shop and it stays open until 6 am it was very noisy and lots of drunken adults singing and shouting all night. The location was great but I advise against rooms that are on Main Street
