The staff were very nice Julia helped me extensively with the malfunctioning air-conditioning and after several tries gave me a portable heater.
For 200eur per night i do not expect an air-condition not to function properly in freezing Poland I spent the first day with loud noises coming from it i couldnt rest and then spent a freezing night as i had to turn it off with the aircraft like noises. I couldnt sleep with the cold. Tnks Julia for helping me

Raidient heat in bathroom Service was excellent staff was friendly and very helpful. Water dispensers in lobby. I’ll definitely come back to Krakow and stay here again

The staff and room size
It was so noisy at night. The room was so uncomfortably hot and you couldn’t open windows due to the loud partying throughout the night. The room also smelt like stale smoke. Not sure if coming through windows?

Breakfast was very good. Room is very good, but see below.
Bed was poor; it creaked and groaned every time you turned over. Pillows and duvets were lumpy as if they were not washed and dried correctly. Bathroom was good but lacked quality products such as shampoo. Bath towels were on the small side. We were very surprised that there was no dining room. There was do drawers in the room.

Newly renovated room with truly 5 star accommodation. Breakfast has lots of options and the eggs omelette is superb. Location is great and all staff were hospitable. Room cleaning is top notch every day.
