The spa area( swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were fantastic)all extremely clean and very friendly staff) The hotel reception staff, were all accommodating. But there isn't much of a comtable sitting area. Just a small strip where you can find sitting and a bar, but had no atmosphere, as it was sort of out of the way, next to the eating area. The hotel is located close to shops, restaurants and the main square in krakow. But can be a little noisy during the night as you sleep in the hotel, as people are coming out of clubs. I didn't eat in the hotel as it was on the expensive side for me. On the whole it was lovely and the spa area was the main attraction for me when booking.

Loved the room. I was in the junior suite on my own and it was huge for 1 or 2 people. The room was a short walk up from the lobby. It was quiet & nearby to breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed the multiple massages I had in the spa. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much hassle. I think this has to be the best hotel in Krakow, location wise amongst everything else. Thank you - I will be returning to Krakow as I didn't have enough time so I will be coming back to this hotel for sure!
