We had booked the king suite,big and comfortable,but there was no window to the outside world. The view was in the breakfast area and an internal corridor,we should keep our curtains closed

The location was perfect for first-time visitors to Krakow. Beautiful and clean property with friendly staff. Restaurant attached was great for a casual dinner one night. It was always nice to "come home to" after each day. There was so much to do right outside of the hotel - the walk to the square was short and even Wawel Castle was a good walk from the hotel through the square. We would definitely stay there again!
The bed was a bit uncomortable and the comforter too small for the bed size.

Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train.
The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. The spa area was beautiful. The terrace lounge was our favorite place to relax and people watch. Rooms were comfortable and always clean.
We would have like to have received friendlier service from the front desk team. A few interactions had us feeling like we were bothering them by asking for a car or made their job more difficult requesting for laundry service. It's a college town, they hire younger people to work the front desk. Perhaps they don't know any better. Also, we are accustomed to having a card on file. Any charges accumulated during the stay would be paid for by that account. I was told it made more paperwork for them and they wanted everything paid separately. It's just not the level of service Wyndham Grand usually offers and is well known for.

Hotel is on great location, but facility lacks hotel feeling, there is no lobby or hotel bar, the pizzza restsurant is just ok, and the rooms are nice but not great. Hard to see how this is a five stars experience. H15 palace is much more superior.

Room was fabulous, clean with very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a beautiful bath and shower. My teenage daughter and I loved to spend some R&R time in the spa & pool area at the end of each day. Great experience from A to Z! **we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were so many lovely breakfast options very close to the hotel.

Location is fantastic! In the heart of Old Town very close (one block) to the Main Market Square. Hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants and fantastic pastry venues. Restaurants on hotel site. Short taxi drive to the train station. Room was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend when visiting this beautiful town and country.
