The staff were lovely and super friendly, and the hotel is nicely presented in the entrance and hallways.
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work, the shower fluctuated between hot and cold, and the air conditioning failed to cool the room. On top of that, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get proper rest. To make matters worse, we were asked at check-out to pay for someone else’s breakfast, even though we hadn’t eaten breakfast ourselves. The hotel really needs a better system to avoid such mistakes. We did not have to pay once we clarified the signature was not ours, but still...

Centrally placed for seeing all the sights with a great breakfast and we loved the pool and spa area. Room was spacious and kept well stocked by staff.
It would be lovely if they could make a small area with comfortable seats to rest on with a drink somewhere in the hotel. Whilst the terrace bar is nice, there are not many comfortable chairs.

The hotel is well located on the high street. The spa was pretty and had everything you could need. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful.
The carpet in the room was grubby and in need of replacement. Our television didn't work the few days we were there and there was no fix as it was the weekend. The staff were quite cold- perhaps a cultural difference.

Fantastic location right in old town, despite high traffic location, room was very sound proof and quiet at night.

It absolutely modern, beautiful, clean, and the Service is perfect.
Combined with the Restaurant it gives all you need and it is in the heart of the city.

Hotel is on great location, but facility lacks hotel feeling, there is no lobby or hotel bar, the pizzza restsurant is just ok, and the rooms are nice but not great. Hard to see how this is a five stars experience. H15 palace is much more superior.

The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the city old square, yet taxis arrive precisely at the front door (it’s a plus because cabs cannot arrive everywhere).
Automatic doors welcome you at the front desk, however the lobby is quite small for a 5⭐️, with no one proposing to help with the luggage. A tiny table offers water and cava, yet with an empty chair and no one to offer drinks.
The lift is very convenient, with no additional steps from the entrance. Ours was a high-ceiling room, with top windows, so cozy and cuddling during a rainy night. Useful things in the room like Nespresso machine, ironing set, hairdryer and of course a small safe. Worth saying: finally a minibar with actual drinks in it, despite the current trend to have empty ones.
Amenities in the bathroom are ok, even though I never had cotton buds refilled. Water bottles, instead, were provided every day.
Well insulated rooms, we didn’t hear a thing.
Some trouble with the AC, not really user friendly: if off it was too hot, if on the setting range was tiny. Four pillows on the queen size bed, all very soft.
We did not try breakfast as we preferred exploring the city.
Spa area is new, with a nice pool, spa, sauna, only one massage area is provided so it’s one person at the time. I personally enjoyed a lot the treatment.
Maybe a little more decorations would make the area more familiar and accommodating, as it looks too white.
On one occasion a family with kids was in the area, which soon became like a super noisy playground, kids running and shouting, but no one from the staff seemed to notice.
In short, it is a very nice and modern structure, worth starting at!
However nothing gave me a “wow” feeling as a 5 star should do in my opinion. I felt the lack of staff, being a 5 star, and of a more experienced figure to the side of younger ones, at the front desk and at the spa. With this, the 5⭐️ structure would be completed with a 5⭐️ experience!
