Brilliant location, very close to famous market square.Quiet,good facilities in room,relaxing pool/spa.Guest relations manager organised airport transfer efficiently.Italian restaurant,adjacent/attached to hotel excellent quality.

Beautiful large room (although didn't realise we wouldn't have an outside window)
Staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was very good.
Drinks on the terrace pre dinner was lovely.
Great location
Sadly wasn't blown away by the hotel. Room was lovely. It was huge but so much wasted space. Only mirror was in the bathroom which made it difficult trying to both get ready. A huge mirror next to the tiny wardrobe but it was so dark you couldn't see in it. Could have been so much better designed. No turn down which we found really unusual for a star hotel.
Really disappointed with the spa. One afternoon a group of teenagers decided to come in and mess about in the pool. They were very loud so we decided to leave as wasn't at all relaxing. Second time we went a small child came in and was playing with her dad in the pool. She was having great fun squealing and jumping in and laughing. Not great when u have gone to relax in a spa! If you want treatments book before you go as I couldn't get a treatment booked whilst we were there as there were no times left.
Sadly next time we visit Krakow we will stay in Hotel Stary again as we have stayed there before and wouldn't stay at Wyndham again.
I also told the hotel we were staying for our anniversary which wasn't even acknowledged.

Lovely hotel poor staff at reception and cleaners insisted to come in room while still getting ready for evening out ..
No turn down service really 5 start hotel …
Requested milk and ice 3 times .. not good enough really

Location was perfect and even though it was situated on a really busy road in the Old Town, the room was really quiet.
Superb room which was very clean.
Had breakfast on 1 morning and it was great, lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and helpful staff.
Only 1 thing. The pillows!

*Location could not be more perfect - less than 5 mins from the old square.
* Excellent breakfast. The light (buffet only) option is brilliant and sufficient even for the most hungry. Shame it can't be bought via booking.com at the point of booking.
* The terrace is perfect for an evening drink and much more reasonably priced than most bars in the old square yet as good as (if not better) for people watching.
* The room was huge, super clean and had just about anything you could ever need.
It was also perfectly quiet despite the hotel being so centrally located.
* The pool was amazing and god sent on hot days.
* Good value for money over all.
* Very friendly staff.
* The AC, while certainly welcome in the middle of the heatwave, was quite noisy, making it quite difficult to sleep. Other people may be less sensitive to noise though so this is unlikely to be an issue for everyone.
* If you like firmer mattresses you'll love the bed - if not, you may struggle to sleep. Again, super personal so unlikely to be an issue for most!

All amenities are wonderful. They even have washcloths!!! Comfortable room and bed.
Hard to find. Google maps didn’t work. Had to ask 3 strangers for directions before we finally found the place.

Lovely room, great roof top terrace, amazing location.
The drinks in the hotel bar were quite pricy compared to other local bars and restaurants. A concession for hotel customers could be something to consider.
