Room for 4 was gorgeous suite. Overall a beautiful property. We had the pleasure of being in a historic preserved suite and it was spacious and quiet. Staff were helpful and attentive. I am sure that if 2 of us did not have to use the sofa as a bed, we would be happier due to a good night sleep, which was not possible.
The terrible downside was the queen sleeper sofa which was the among the worst beds I have ever slept in. I would highly recommend the hotel to explore the advanced sleeper sofa options that include foam bedding that work more like futon fold outs. Alternatively, for a suite for 4 and all that space, 2 queen beds can easily be situated within the space!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town but still quiet. Lovely building. Great staff. Bedrooms were lovely. Excellent restaurant, very good food. Reception staff were really helpful with advice and spa staff lovely.
Nothing not to like. Only niggle shower had a burst of very hot water every minute. Not good for a child. And staff at breakfast could have been better trained. Young and in experienced. Other than that all fab.

The location can’t be better! The staff were super nice and helpful, the size of the room for a solo traveler is very good and price quality you get your money’s worth. Plus the spa is very nice.
There were minor damages on the wallpaper outside my room.

Excellent swimming pool and spa area. King size beds very comfortable. Excellent location. Very good Italian restaurant who were accommodating to our special requests.
Camp bed for daughter was creaky but she still slept well.
