The location was excellent. The hotel was modern and in great condition. All the staff were professional. Would revisit and highly recommend.
Only the cost of the breakfast. Had room only and were able to find breakfast in the square for half the price!

Central location
Described as fully accessible, but there is a step into the hotel entrance from the street, which was not accessible for wheelchair getting in and out of the hotel. When the attached restaurant was open , I could go through that entrance but this is not ideal as doesn't open until 11 am.

The location is perfection. Right in the heart of Old Town, but still quiet and tucked away once in the hotel and in your room. Lovely!

The location, spa and overall quality and finish of the hotel is excellent.
Room 203 which we stayed in is marketed as a "King Premier Suite". I have stayed in over 30 hotels, 10-12 of those times staying in suites and this is absolutely not a suite, it is a deluxe room. There are 4 different "King Premier Suit" rooms pictured on their website, 3 are certainly acceptable as suites, and have features you would expect from a suite - separate living/kitchenette area, enhanced decor, larger size, however the last one shows a very cropped photo of Room 203, which blatantly hides the substandard nature of this room under the classification of a "suite". I have attached a proper photo of the room showing it for what it is. Room 203 is mis-marketed and is a very narrow deluxe room, by no means a suite, and shares none of the qualities you would expect from a suite. This essentially ruined the stay for me, which was so disappointing because everything else is excellent, but I would likely not stay again based simply on this dishonest form of marketing and trying to pass off a quite basic room as a suite, but yet charge suite prices.
