The location is unbeatable, so close to the historical main square. Very comfortable hotel with great facilities. Very tastefully equipped rooms. Nothing not to like.
Can't think of anything. We came by foot / taxi, I guess by car is a bit less comfortable but that is never a good idea in the middle of a medieval old town anyways.

I rated 10, same as during my previous stay. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to in my life. Interior is out of this world. Location is perfect.
Small things:
- wish the doors had some kind of stopper to slow them down when they close, cause they are very heavy (that’s a plus), but can easily wake you up when neighbors open and close them in the morning.
- the massage water stream in the smaller pool (the one on the left) didn’t work. Please fix it, I loved to use it on my previous stay.
- entering the hotel at night is not very comfy - you have to use the buzzer and wait for the staff. Please consider installing the card reader.

The night tables way to high.No outlets where needed . No grab bars ,the tub was 32" high. The location was excellent. . Oh ya the pillows were terrible. Bed was like a bunk bed . Not being negative but not going to sugarcoat it. Spa pool excellent. So you get 7 out of 10

The location of the hotel cannot be beat - it is right in the middle of Krakow's beautiful Old Town. The hotel itself is a vibe - if modern and darker colors is your thing, you will like the style. The spa/wellness area is beautiful and unique and deserves a visit even if just for a quick dip in the pool. I stayed only for one night and did not have the chance to try the rooftop bar but would have if I was there longer. Overall, it was a good stay with a great location and quiet (other than brief noise from the street earlier in the night) and restful sleep. If you do not want the hotel breakfast, there is also a great breakfast spot right downstairs next to the hotel's entrance.
Overall, the hotel seemed clean and well-tended to, but I was a bit surprised in the room for a five-star hotel, it seemed the cleaning job left a bit to be desired. Nothing crazy but I noticed some smudging (not sure what) on bathroom floor by the shower and desk by the TV.

The hotel is very well located. The room was big and comfortable. I personally don't like dark furnitures, but they were impecable. The taste on decoration is not what we are used to, to many dark marbles, but all is new. The roof is worth visiting.

Wow! The Stary is stunning. The vibe is everything on the list as you are close to the square happenings yet inside the Hotel, it is like a sanctuary. Incredible value for the luxury. And the pool!!! Can't wait to go back.
Hard to find a flaw with the Stary. The only thing I struggled with was the lighting in our room. It's sultry and moody (which is cool, until you have to put your makeup on.) Granted this could have been user error as well. The hotel is lovely! The textiles, decor and overall design of the place- remarkable!

The way the building has been lovingly restored to modern standards was more than functional, it was done with good design taste. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

Amazing service. Always offering to help and accommodating requests. Food was phenomenal. And all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our wedding guests were also thrilled with their accomodations.
The ambiance of the hotel is dark lighting; I know it's a purposeful style but just makes make up and getting ready a little challenging. Maybe really good mirror lights can be added to the bathrooms ?
