Exceptional
The way the building has been lovingly restored to modern standards was more than functional, it was done with good design taste. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.
Hmm, can't really think of anything that we didn't like.

Very beautiful interior, gorgeous SPA, though really little, and steam room didn’t work
Lots of drink water in the room
Nice amenities
Beautiful and friendly stuff, though some guys reminded me of Russian criminals in 90’s by their look and all black
Impossible to register for facials - not available today and tomorrow morning
No toothbrush and toothpaste though its 5 stars
Sky bar didn’t work at 22.30 already though its written its till 23.00
And most important IMPOSSIBLY HIGH PRICE FOR MINI BAR
0.3 wine for 20 euro, 0.3 polish beer for 10 euro
You must be kidding
And the quality is not that super
So the hotel is so fancy and glamours its too much

Excellent location and great quality
We were positioned on 6th floor so could hear the outside bar music all through the night into our room. This happened both nights into the early hours, which is very intrusive for the cost of hotel. Staff apologised but did nothing

Everything in the room was perfect. Beautiful design in the entire hotel. Wellness is small but nice. Breakfast is excellent.
TV is old fashioned, could not get Netflix on it. Otherwise I would rate the hotel a 10.
