The hotel is stunning and exceptionally clean. The staff were great too and we ate in the restaurant on one evening and the food was amazing. The spa was beautiful and was always quiet when we visited. I would highly recommend this hotel and the location was ideal for the old town square.

The staff was super nice and the restaurant very good. The bed was comfy
I didn’t like the poor isolation in the old building part. The large wooden doors are terribly noisy and i could hear other rooms.
I also find the spa area not particularly nice: it’s cold and not relaxing / comfortable

Great location and lovely aesthetic. Nice sauna / spa area. Comfortable beds. Mostly great staff,
especially Norbert, although one younger guy at the desk told us there was only one router in the whole hotel when we asked to have our poor wifi fixed.
Poor WiFi. I complained multiple times but it hardly ever worked in our room. Also my key stopped working twice even though not kept near my phone. And there is no tea or coffee in the room. I did however ask for a kettle and tea and that was brought to the room

Perfect location and great facilities. Having full access to the spa all day included with the booking was great.
Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Great location beside the main square but also nice & quiet inside. We had a room facing the courtyard but it was sunny & bright, really comfy bed and huge bathroom. Leisure facilities in the basement were ideal & we got good use of the pool & sauna. Staff were very friendly and helped with all our requests.
Bird spikes along the railing of our balcony so we couldn't open the doors. Having to ask for a kettle and only receiving minimum supplies (only tea bags & no coffee)
