Perfect location and great facilities. Having full access to the spa all day included with the booking was great.
Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Great location beside the main square but also nice & quiet inside. We had a room facing the courtyard but it was sunny & bright, really comfy bed and huge bathroom. Leisure facilities in the basement were ideal & we got good use of the pool & sauna. Staff were very friendly and helped with all our requests.
Bird spikes along the railing of our balcony so we couldn't open the doors. Having to ask for a kettle and only receiving minimum supplies (only tea bags & no coffee)

Excellent central location, just off the main square.
Very large room and well fitted bathroom with walk in rain shower and huge bath.
Toiletries- Aqua di Parma. Beautiful.
Friday night arrival and room looked into central courtyard ( dining area)
There was a private event on with LOUD music until 1 a.m. it was a warm night, but had to keep window closed. I called reception who offered a free breakfast. Fair enough, but didn't help getting a sleep.

Outstanding location, literally just off the main central square in Krakow and a 15 minute walk from the main station.
Despite such a central location, which is busy, literally no noise could be heard in my room which was facing the internal central courtyard.
Room was very large, comfortable and very clean.
Really liked the mix of old building structure and modern furnishings etc. Really gives the hotel a unique and charming character.
Huge choice of restaurants, cafes, bars etc within walking distance.
It is a little pricey, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Bit surprised there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. 1st time I have ever come across that in a 5 star hotel.
The gym/spa area was super hot/humid.

The hotel is super clean, modern clashes with the old town, wonderful and the pictures very accurate

Great location. Being picked up from the airport was a bonus. Room really roomy with super comfy bed and bedding.
Used the pool which was such a treat and had to ourselves mostly.
Breakfast was a feast to behold
Staff really made it. Super friendly and helpful.
Really a very good hotel which came highly recommended form a friend who had been before
Very noisy first night at front of hotel but we were moved to a quiet room the next night which solved this problem and they were very happy to do so

The location is fantastic, being around the corner from the main square in the old town. The first room I was shown to, did not have a view, so I was immediately taken to another room with no fuss.
The wifi in the room often slowed down.
