Amazing hotel, by the old town main square.
The hotel is super clean, modern clashes with the old town, wonderful and the pictures very accurate

Great location. Being picked up from the airport was a bonus. Room really roomy with super comfy bed and bedding.
Used the pool which was such a treat and had to ourselves mostly.
Breakfast was a feast to behold
Staff really made it. Super friendly and helpful.
Really a very good hotel which came highly recommended form a friend who had been before
Very noisy first night at front of hotel but we were moved to a quiet room the next night which solved this problem and they were very happy to do so

The location is fantastic, being around the corner from the main square in the old town. The first room I was shown to, did not have a view, so I was immediately taken to another room with no fuss.
The wifi in the room often slowed down.

The spa though small, was an excellent addition to my stay, I just wish I had had more time to spend there.
The noise from the Rynek, but I did have a lovely room overlooking the street, so I was happy to have a wonderful room in exchange for a bit of noise, which the hotel has no control over.

I liked the design of the hotel and location
Room service! Firstable they are brought ice cream before main course. Secondary when we tried cabbage with lamb, the meat was rare, not cooked well.
Also in the room was very cold if we turned on the hitter on climate control - the air was too dry and the hitter worked to noisy. Can’t recommend this hotel for kids.

Excellent location for the Old Town. Great choice at breakfast. Stunning spa and swimming pool. All staff encountered were very pleasant and extreemly helpful

Property was very clean and felt luxurious. Right in the center of Old Town and the market square. Had an amazing rooftop bar with lovely views. The staff were very professional and kind.

We asked for extra pillows and this was done without any problems.
Clean and quiet.
Aircon
The history and character of the buildings, High specification.
Marble bathroom stunning.
Spa area amazing.
No usb sockets or sockets where easily acessible.
TV only had 3 English chanels. Not that we go to Krackow to watch tv but at this level youd expect it.
Shower partly soaks the bathroom floor due to not draining fast enough.
