Location. Friendly and attentive staff.
Rooms were dark. No “do not disturb” signs for rooms. No towel racks in bathrooms.

Great location. Lovely spa and treatments. Beautiful and clean.
Breakfast was not of a good standard. English breakfast was disgusting under cooked eggs. Frankfurters no proper sausage and raw mushroom. Omelette was good.
Terrible noise at night time. Did not stop till 3am. Wessing or twchno club? None of the 6 of us staying slept. Apology but no attempt to compensate for no sleep. Hotel did allow us late check out.

We had an upgrade to what we had booked which was great .
Breakfast was amazing.
Overall perfect in every way loved loved loved it will definitely be returning next year ☺️

The location was great, being in the center of Krakow. The hotel looked very good. We have been shown multiple rooms and were able to choose one.
We have been shown multiple rooms but only 1 looked truly like in the pictures on booking.com. The room ended up being extremely noisy in the morning. We needed earplugs to sleep. I found the bed and the pillows not comfortable at all.
The breakfast was very expensive, >30 euro/person which was way too much for Poland.
