We really like the location it was Central to everything and easy to find the hotel the transfer from the airport was efficient we also liked our room which was spacious and provided wine glasses for us,which was a nice touch the shower was very good the staff were very good and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Wonderful
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Location is unbeatable in the heart of Old Town and near everything that is abuzz in Krakow.
Breakfast was included and exceptional, the fresh made scrambled eggs are a very nice and appreciated touch.
Nothing- all good for me. If you have a mobility issue, avoid the fourth floor as that requires steps to get to.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were great and friendly. Big clean room at the back so had no street noise. Fantastic breakfast and all in a perfect location.

Excellent location. Pleasant 10 min stroll to the main square.
TV almost all Polish stations. One English Euro news station with revolving news items so basically no TV.

Staff very helpful proximity was first class I ate in the restaurant excellent food at reasonable cost would definitely recommend to family and friends thank you.

Fab hotel, unreal location, 4 min walk to castle or 4 min walk the other direction to the square, spotless clean, lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, bar is lovely too, close to all amenities, highly recommend a stay here.
Am been very picky but the pillows aren’t great, very soft but that’s just me.

The hotel was clean and in the perfect location. So central. One way to main square and other to the castle and river. Easy to reach by train from airport too. 15 min walk from station. Breakfast was lovely and a nice bar right next door. Staff were welcoming.

The hotel is always clean and rooms lovely. The staff are so helpful and remembered us from December 2025 which is nice. This was our 4th visit to krakow and we will be back hopefully sooner rather than later
