The hotel is positioned on a central street in Old Town, just down from the main square, there's plenty of excellent restaurants surrounding it. The staff were very accommodating and helpful during my stay, service was great. The decor of the building was quite nice, and the rooms were always clean. I highly recommend

Comfortable room, good tea and coffee facilities. Good location for visiting the town square and Wawel Castle, pedestrian street. Good choice at breakfast. Staff were all very pleasant, they went the extra mile and gifted us a cake for our anniversary.

Fantastic staff who went out of their way to book excursions and airport transfer. They arranged for a takeaway breakfast on the day of our journey home due to an early flight. Breakfast buffet choice was excellent. Fresh produce and scrambled eggs made to order. Hotel is in a perfect situation for exploring the Old Town and good choice of restaurants all around.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel or staff.

We visited hotel Senacki this week and it was perfect. The hotel was clean and luxurious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were really helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant - in the old town and a very short walk to the square. The hotel helped us organise trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau as well as collection from the airport and our return journey. We would highly recommend Hotel Senacki to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow

Reception Staff were great and available 24hours. Excellent location in Old Town for making a very quick visit to the Wawel Royal Castle, main square. Taxi rank and lots of restaurants very close. Comfortable bed and nice shower room. Late checkout very much appreciated. Good complimentary selection of tea, coffee, water and welcome biscuits in superior room. Thanks all.

The breakfast was excellent and far exceeded the breakfast we had had in another hotel in Krakow a few days before. A really lovely bar attached to the hotel so all in all fab value for money.
The furniture in the room was a little dated but tbh the bed was very comfortable indeed, the room of a good temperature and the bathroom was spotless with a good shower.

Great location in the heart of the city on a pedestrain street in the old town so no noise from traffic or trams which some other hotels have.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The reception was staffed 24 hours which is reassuring too. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. The staff in the dining room were lovely.
Our room was serviced daily and to a very good standard.

Excellent location for getting to the square and sightseeing. Lovely view from the superior room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the building itself and the rooms are lovely would definitely stay again.
There was some noise being in a superior room as we faced onto the street and stayed over a weekend. This was to be expected though and it didn’t spoil the stay.
