The hotel is always clean and rooms lovely. The staff are so helpful and remembered us from December 2025 which is nice. This was our 4th visit to krakow and we will be back hopefully sooner rather than later

Wonderful
The walls were paper thin on the 4th floor, to which there is no elevator, you must take stairs. The neighbors were supper loud till dawn. The location is great, however it is right on the main touristy street, expect a lot of noice from the streets way past midnight.

Location was perfect. Situated in the middle of the Main Street, surrounded by lovely cafes.
The property was lovely, only one thing to point out really there was not a spare plug next to the bed for your phone, an important asset in todays society.

We loved everything about our stay from the clean room, attentive staff, size of the room, the yummy morning breakfast (including the classic lunch they made for us to take with us when we left the hotel at 3:40am to catch our early flight), and the location... right in Old Town within walking distance and minutes away from the Wawel Castle and the town square. If you need help setting up tours in the area the staff are helpful in doing this along with arranging pick up and drop off at the Krakow Airport.
