Location was amazing. Very central. Room was very large for a city break hotel and the twin room was like a suite in that it had a single room plus a double room with lounge area which we loved. The hotel had a very old feel about it still, in that it reflects the era that it was built and hasn't been messed around with too much which I liked.
Ultimately I felt that we were left alone to do our thing and I liked that. The staff were there if and when we needed them and in all cases they were efficient.
We had two rooms. The twin was at the front of the hotel. It was a little noisy in that the trams ran quite literally outside the front door.

Great location, could walk to most of the places of interest. The room was spacious and comfortable. I am quite particular about cleanliness and I found it very clean. Very nice stay.
Pillows!! Sorry, but pillows were very uncomfortable for me! But that's me, my family was fine.

Very well located, we walk everywhere. The room was clean.
It's not really a complaint, but be aware that the tram pass by the hotel, so if your room faces the street, you'll hear it.
The room is very plain, by the photos I was waiting a bit more attention to detail.

The location is absolutely great—I’ve stayed here before and really like it.
I just wanted to ask about one thing: in the bedroom, the ventilation system was really loud and couldn’t be turned off. It made it hard to sleep without earplugs.

It was fantastic , I arranged this for my dads birthday with his army mates. The hotel left my dad a lovely happy birthday message on a card and also provided prosecco as they knew it was a special occasion which I thought was fab and I know he loved this!!
It was all great. Great place located to everything needed.

Rooms were very large and in the polish style. We have stayed before and knew what to expect and would certainly stay again.
Unfortunately we found breakfast area cramped and couldn’t sit with friends unless we went to a larger back room away from the hustle and bustle. We have stayed before and was looking forward to showing our friends the cellar bar but it was not open and not sure if it has now been closed?

The location near the main Square could not be better. The staff was exceptional with breakfast made to order, great suggestions and assistance with every request. A very quiet location. Highly recommend it!
