The staff was exceptional. Room was set up so nice with three beds. Breakfast was wonderful and you can’t beat the location. Again can’t say enough about the staff. So friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room huge with a nice bathroom good shower and all extremely clean, location perfect
We had a top floor room so the window was in the roof so you could not see out of it at eye level.
The bar was disappointing no atmosphere and oddly no glass for a soft drink.

Lovely spacious room. Right in the centre easy walkable and taxi access. Not a far walk to Jewish quarter either.
My room over looked the street. I found it a bit noisy with trams and cars

Had mini bar which had a bit of everything
No frills/comfort for a 4 Star hotel.
Double bed was made up of two single beds which were not awfully comfortable

My friend and I stayed in a twin room on the first floor, with windows facing the road, wich was a little problematic as it was not possible to block out the noise from the trams passing by, however the hotel provided earplugs, so in the end we slept well.
The room was larger than expected, with high ceiling and lovely old frescos on the wall.
The bathroom was also a good size and very clean. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite.
Great location for exploring the city centre.
The only letdown was the quality of the pillows and towels.

Really nice and well kept hotel in an old building. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very tasty and generous breakfast.
