The staff was exceptional. Room was set up so nice with three beds. Breakfast was wonderful and you can’t beat the location. Again can’t say enough about the staff. So friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient and safe , with easy access to the central place and other key attractions, with nearby dining options within walking distance.
The room was impeccably cleaned and well-maintained.

Loved the historic building with the vaulted ceilings. The room was comfortable and amazingly quiet for the location. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly

- The shower was leaking
- There was poison ivy in the parking lot that we got burned yesterday, and the staff didn’t care to remove it

Rooms were very large and in the polish style. We have stayed before and knew what to expect and would certainly stay again.
Unfortunately we found breakfast area cramped and couldn’t sit with friends unless we went to a larger back room away from the hustle and bustle. We have stayed before and was looking forward to showing our friends the cellar bar but it was not open and not sure if it has now been closed?

The location near the main Square could not be better. The staff was exceptional with breakfast made to order, great suggestions and assistance with every request. A very quiet location. Highly recommend it!

Excellent reception staff, super friendly and always helpful. Gladly helped to translate when we had problems with our airport transfer. Free drink upon arrival was much appreciated. Room was spacious and cleaned as much or as little as you request. Location is absolutely excellent right in the centre of Kraków. Faultless stay with 0 complaints and great value for money.
Small bar but adequate with a reasonable choice of drinks. Plenty of great bars on the doorstep as you are right in the centre.
