Location, size of the room, friendly receptionist, bathrobes
They didn’t have any hair conditioner, which was surprising. Given that the hotel operates under the Rubinstein name, I expect them to provide a little more in terms of skin/hair care products. Also, the pillow was extremely uncomfortable.

Perfect location, big comfy room, the Skybar!
The only thing - and the only reason for not a 10 - was the corner bath with handheld shower. We just wanted showers but this meant a bit of an inelegant squat in the bathtub trying not to let the water go everywhere! But a minor consideration indeed - first world problems as they say. Even the poor young woman on night shift woken by our early departure at 5.30 this morning was super friendly and professional as she let us out.

Amazing welcome, my Mother received a Birthday biscuit tray and card, rooms exceptional along with an excellent location and the team in reception and the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner with super. Would and have already recommended to friends and family. We were beyond thankful.
That we were only there for 3 days!

I stayed with my cat. The staffs are quite kind. The location is also nice because the hotel is located at a historical area related to Jewish people and I can also walk to the Wowel castle from the hotel. The quality of their sauna is also nice.

Charging way too much for breakfast. Though we did not have breakfast I did see it set out and thought the price they charged for this was way too much. A little walk down the road and you get a lovely cafes & restaurants selling a much overall better breakfast menu for half the cost.. Overall the prices they charged in general for anything was too much. We went out to eat & drink as why would we pay prices here when there is nicer meals elsewhere for less. Roof top bar prices overpriced a little walk elsewhere and you save a lot of money
