Fantastic location in the centre of the Jewish Quarter- surrounded by history and so easy to walk to places of interest. Polite, helpful staff. Felt very safe.

Great location everything very walkable and some great restaurants near The square is superb with the Synagogues and the birthplace of Helena Rubinstein Roof top bar being refurbished but looks fab Great room
As said room was great need the aircon on as we had a rear room and the trams are noisy to have window open

The room was a good size, the decor modern and tasteful and the beds comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Nice touches such as dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Brilliant location in a beautiful square. Very good value for money
This is a minor criticism but the design of the shower screen meant it didn't fit the bath properly to provide a watertight seal so a considerable amount of water ended up on the floor when you took a shower. We solved the problem by detaching the shower head, but this was a design fault not the fault of the hotel and there was nothing they could have done to rectify the problem had we complained.

Great location. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Evening bar food was tasty.
Breakfast was overpriced for the offering. Paying extra for eggs was unreasonable given some breakfasts we enjoyed at other hotels on our trip.

In the street-facing rooms, when the tram passes by, it creates a noise similar to that of a low-flying airplane.

Everything was exceptional, clean, tidy and very friendly and accommodating staff.
Wasn’t able to adjust the room temperature it was very hot.

We were not informed but there were renovations going on in the day and we had jet lag but were unable to sleep due to drilling , no extra pillows in the room , personally found the twin beds very small and didn’t sleep well

Bed was comfortable, staff were lovely and helpful ie air conditioning was not working but fix that day. Staff helpfull and booked our excursions without any hassle very smooth. Room was really nice with bath. There was drying at the time but that didn't effect us as we were outpost of the day and finished when we returned .
Fridge didn't work and was a bit smelly.
