Wonderful
Very nice location - close to public transport, not far from old city and right next to the very colorful Kazimierz district. A very good price/performance with nice breakfast included. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
In summer it might get quite hot as there is no air conditioning. Sometimes there was a funky smell in the bathroom, maybe due to some plumbing issues, but nothing that would be too troubling.

The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. There are nice restaurants and bars in the area. The breakfast is great as well.
There was construction work next to the hotel, which made Monday morning quite noisy. The room did not have a fridge. The staff were nice, but not particularly friendly.

Check in was quick, we arrived early and reception allowed us to leave our luggage while we went out to explore before coming back.
Breakfast was good.
Location was fantastic within walking distance to the castle and cathedral. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes.
Beds were comfortable, was great having a kettle and fridge in the room.
The shower was great.
The only negative was that although I had requested at thevtime of booking back in october to be allocated a quiet located room, we were given a room a room at the front of ghe building, which was so noisy we did not have a single good night sleep during our 4 day stay.
I really wish in hindsight that I had asked for a change of room.
Would only stay again if we are given a room in the rear of the building.

Comfortable,clean, and in a great location in the old town.
Friendly staff.
Tv did not work in the room.
Breakfast was not for my taste.
But this is just due to my personal taste.
Cereal and toast was ok for the few days i was staying.

Area around hotel quite noisy in the wee hours. Double glazing and air-conditioning would help a lot.

- great location in the jewish quarter, close to the main sights. Loads of nice restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood
- nice staff, the housekeeping ladies were doing a great job every day
- good breakfast
- comfortable bed (i liked very soft matress, know it’s not everyones cup of tea:))
- it was pretty cold when i visited Kralkow and i appreciated good heating in the room
- i had a room in a 3rd floor and it took ages to get a hot water in the shower. But i don’t think it’s the fail of the hotel itself

It was very clean, people were quite helpful and the breakfast was delicious, every day there was something new and different.
Moreover, it is very well located, the area is quiet and there are nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were helpful & friendly. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Always being replenished. The room was spacious. Bed was comfy and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing bad at all. A very small thing would be the room was a little warm at times, but nothing we couldn't handle. Shame that the hotel didn't have a bar, as that would have been nice, although there were plenty of bars, restaurants & cafes nearby.
