We were able to check in early and also safely store our bags at the hotel for the day when we checked out. The location was excellent, only a five minute walk to the main square, and the receptionist was particularly helpful. The room was a little dated but comfortable and quiet.

Amazing room with big bathroom. Room equipped with safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Rich breakfast offering both sweet and savory options. Friendly and helpful staff. I used the airport transfer service; it was convenient and well organized. Perfect location.

Amazing location in the city center, it is an old buidling so it has some history behind it and the staff was amazing! Totally recommend it

Great location, 5 minutes walk from main square and by old city wall leading on to Planty Park that almost full encircles the historic old city. Hotel was clean and all staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a great dual aspect room overlooking the wall and Florianska street.
There was sometime noise from late night revellers walking down the street - soundproofing of the windows was not quite as good as some other places we have stayed. But not really a problem.

Great location. Staff arranged taxis and trips for us before we arrived. Breakfast was exceptional.
