Clean hotel with historic furnishings/decor. Beds were comfortable. Very large rooms with lots of space in the bathroom. Easy walk from the train station but within the old town of Krakow.
Breakfast is not included but there were some cafes very close by. A little noisy at night from people walking out of the old town area.

Easy check in. Bags taken to room. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Room and hotel cleanliness to a high standard. Staff very helpful and polite.

The location was perfect. 10 minutes walk from the station and in the Old City. The staff were so friendly and the room was lovely. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was excellent,
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Very good breakfast.
The taxis wouldn't pick you up from the hotel as it was quite restricted area
