The location is perfect a few min. Walk to the center and to the train station. Room was very cleen the staf with welcoming face and very helpful and the breakfast was amazing

Excellent location, just walk around the corner and you are on the busy Florianska street with lots of shops and restaurants and then only a short walk to the main square. The hotel is very inviting, warm and cozy just what you need when it is freezing outside. The decor is just what you expect with the periodic furnishings. The room may be a bit on the small side but was inviting and clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
Cannot think of anything that we did not like. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful quant hotel in an amazing area. It was perfect to become acquainted with Krakow in such a charming hotel and with such a great view. The staff were especially accommodating and friendly as well.
Rooms are a little small, however nothing unusual for older buildings.

I enjoyed the central position, the kindness of the staff, the pleasant old style environment, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. So, all in all, a very pleasant experience!
I wanted to eat at the restaurant of the hotel, but it is open only 5 hours per day.. from 17h to 22

The location is perfect, breakfast is perfect. The stuff of the hotel are very nice. The room was beautiful woth a nice view to the wall with the images
In some area of the room the wifi didn't work.
The bathroom needs a renovation, I didn't feel good to have a curtain in the bathtub, I would much prefer that it will be a glass. Because of hygiene and smell.

Location was perfect. Some uber and taxis cannot come to the door. William was of great service!! Such a nice man and hard worker.
The restaurant next door was an another story. The waiter asked us if we wanted water. We told him still water and used bottle water to pour and charges for it. The other people had water from the tap which we thought we were getting. We chose to leave. Waiter was unbelievably rude to my wife

Location! Ambiance. Historical feel of the place. And most of all the breakfast!! And the staff was so helpful. Held our bags while we went to Zacopane for 3 nights!
My husband got food poisoning in Old Town so that put a damper on his stay. Would def come back again tho.
