The location is near the north gate, excellent. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great. The room size is not big, but adequate. The small desk was big enough to accommodate a laptop.
I didn’t like anything about this hotel. This was the second time for me to stay here.

The hotel had a lovely old world vibe. Our room was very nice and we were definitely pleased that the air conditioning was excellent as the weather was quite warm. We fell in love with Krakow and will definitely return.
Breakfast was very good. We were impressed with the coffee.
No complaints at all.

Beautiful quant hotel in an amazing area. It was perfect to become acquainted with Krakow in such a charming hotel and with such a great view. The staff were especially accommodating and friendly as well.
Rooms are a little small, however nothing unusual for older buildings.
