Great location quiet hotel, lovely building, good breakfast and food
Whilst the building was lovely, it was very dates (stained walls), very basic toiletries, no proper coffee machine, just a kette.very small and basic bathroom. When our group arrived there was nobody available to help with the luggage or showed us to our room. The staff was friendly but not very pro active in terms of restaurant/ activity recommendations. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Krakow before and this certainly does not reflect a 5 star hotel

Absolutely perfect location and all the staff were super lovely. Rooms were comfortable and kept us warm whilst the temperature outside was in minus figures!

Hotel has a rustic charm, the portraits on the walls and rooms gives you a feel like you walked into a museum.
We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was good, about 10mins from main train station and literally 5mins to heart of old town square, lots of restaurants options and the centre was always buzzing

Excellent location – right in the center, perfect for exploring the old town.
Very tasty breakfast – surprisingly good and enjoyable.
The hotel feels old and worn out.
Many corners and surfaces were visibly damaged, giving a tired impression.
The carpet had an unpleasant smell.
The shower was partly broken and not functioning properly.
Overall, the room and facilities felt tired and in need of renovation.
There are better hotels in the Old Town within 200–300 meters for the same price.

Location is excellent ,3 minutes from Old Town main shopping street & market square
We didn't realise the notel bar was in the basement until we were leaving. Our faukt, we should have asked, it didn't seem to open until 5pm

Location was perfect. Some uber and taxis cannot come to the door. William was of great service!! Such a nice man and hard worker.
The restaurant next door was an another story. The waiter asked us if we wanted water. We told him still water and used bottle water to pour and charges for it. The other people had water from the tap which we thought we were getting. We chose to leave. Waiter was unbelievably rude to my wife

Location was excellent perfect for everything we wanted to do.
Excellent breakfast included fab buffet
Staff were great really helpful all in all fab stay in beautiful Krakow
WiFi was very inconsistent and the room was very hot but we were able to adjust it.
