The perfect location. Fresh water in the room each day.

charming hotel , good reception staff.
very small room , overpriced for it's size. windows overlook small square full of very noisy tourists from early morning to late at night. when leaving hotel for airport or train station taxis don't pull up at the entrance of the hotel. one needs to drug one's luggage to another street , a few minutes walk.

Amazing central location. Breakfast is bountiful and interesting (and very beautifully presented). The room was a decent size and beautifully presented. Staff were very, very friendly!

Location was great and the breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.
The bath towels were somewhat thin and rough… Could use nicer towels.

When we booked 4 nights we had lovely rooms. We came back for the last night of our Poland tour and they gave us more expensive rooms BUT TWO BAD UNCOMFORTABLE SMALL ROOMS. Not a nice attitude from the front desk.

Location = 10 / Staff = 10 / Room Size = 7 / Overall I would wholly recommend and will be returning before Xmas.
Room could have been bigger...... and my room overlooked the street which can be noisy with foot traffic
