Amazing bathroom and very comfortable beds. Hotel staff was also really helpful and friendly!
Little noise from the outside due to loud people. The streets were really busy in the evening hours, but I am quite used it.

Everything was perfect, the room, the spa and the staff!
It was very fun to try their breakfast, but I wish there was more options for my partner who has several allergies considering the price.

I have to say the hotel is beautiful and clean with the amazing spa and really tasty breakfast. Location it's exelent as you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Car park is 10 min walk from the hotel.

Beautiful historical building in an amazing location. Beautiful rooms and a unique spa, not what you normally get but enjoyable and relaxing. The food at the restaurant is spectacular! You can't go wrong if you eat there. The cocktails also amazing! Staff are kind and friendly. It was a great stay!
The only very slight/minor point was that it is a pricy hotel. But you certainly get what you pay for. It is worth it for a relaxing time in the middle of old town.

The SPA was amazing, we were the only ones there around 5pm, the bed was very comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Very close to the city centre.

Location was perfect.
The head board on the bed was curved so you couldn't comfortably sit on sit and watch TV. TV had no English channels unless you paid extra for them.
Also, black out blinds did not cover the entire window as it was next to the wall. Very annoying having street light.

I have stayed in hotels in Europe that claim to be 5-stars but delivered a 4-stars service. Not the case of Pod Roza which is a real 5-star hotel. The staff was very warm and efficient. The spacious room and bathroom were clean and well supplied. I needed a late checkout and they charged a fair amount for the service. Laundry was also a fair price. Breakfast is not buffet, but is of real good quality. Perfect service.
