Very close to Krakow ring road what makes it convenient for transit and lay over stops. Good breakfast. Elevator availability.
Absence of EV chargers. Somewhat noisy balkony doors (road noise penetrating into the room).

The breakfast was poor, the sound insulation in the room was very low, and the facilities were outdated. The place felt more like a cheap roadside hostel than a proper hotel.

The hotel looks very nice and has a mixed feeling of fancy and simple. The room was big enough, the breakfast very good, and the menu offered at the restaurant is nice. The staff was polite albeit could smile a bit more. They accommodated all our needs and overall our stay was very good

The hotel is a nice small place for your stay in Kraków. It's worth spending that amount for such a nice hotel, you do not get an amazing room, for sure. It isn't shiny and beautiful as in the photos, the price exactly matches the quality. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite good.
The location was a bit uncomfortable for us. We were traveling by car, and it was quite hard for us to notice the entrance. And it was not possible to enter the hotel when you came from Krakow to the hotel, there was a double-line. I can't find any negative point :D

The hotel's location is convenient, situated next to the main road and not too far from the city center by car. The bathroom in our second room was decent, and at least the receptionist tried to communicate in English.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. Parking was advertised as free, but the lot was full, leaving us to find a spot on our own. Check-in was chaotic—the receptionist seemed confused, making us wait while he ran back and forth before finally giving us a room key. The first room was a disaster—tiny, unclean, with misplaced furniture blocking the entrance, broken fixtures, and twin beds instead of the requested double. After showing photos to the receptionist, we were moved to another room, but it wasn’t much better. The door handle was broken, the window wouldn’t close properly (leading to a freezing night), and the noise from the road was unbearable. Breakfast was another letdown—cold eggs and sausages, tasteless pancakes, and flies hovering over the food. Coffee was the only thing somewhat decent. For the price we paid—comparable to hotels in the old town—this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor condition of the rooms made this one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had in years.

We traveled with our poodle, and the hotel had no issues accommodating us. There was no extra charge for this, which was a nice touch. Breakfast: The breakfast was tasty. While the variety wasn’t extensive, it was enough, and the quality was good. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was decent as well. The room also included complimentary water
If you’re looking for a convenient hotel to rest after exiting the highway, you’re only partially right. The location is indeed convenient, but whether you’ll actually get any rest is another question entirely. The soundproofing in the rooms is non-existent—if anything, it feels like it’s 100 points below zero. Guests in neighboring rooms were celebrating late into the evening, then left, only to return at 3 a.m., making noise as if no one else mattered. Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn’t intervene or make any attempts to maintain order. The doors are paper-thin, old, and the rooms are poorly insulated overall, leaving you with the impression you’re sleeping in the corridor. I specifically requested a room with a double bed when booking, but we were given a room with two single beds instead. When I brought this up at reception, the staff member shrugged and said she thought it was a double bed. She couldn’t offer any help and suggested we push the beds together ourselves. Not exactly what I’d call customer-friendly service.
