The check in process was smooth, with the receptionist being extremely friendly. She even lent me a phone charger as I'd forgotten my adapter. The facilities were clean, easy to access from Krakow airport, with a bus stop just outside, or a reaonsable taxi fare from Main Krakow.
The single bed in Room 2, is one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. The curtains did not run across the whole room, and I looked out onto a garden. The breakfast was okay.

Location, easy to reach from the highway.
The staff was very friendly.
Very tasty breakfast!
Not very clean, the hotel needs serious upgrade.
In 4 days , our room (apartament) was never cleaned.
Very uncomfortable beds: we left one day early because we couldnt sleep.
The shower system /cabin (of lack of it) that floads all the bathroom.
Old and damaged furniture.
