Lovely breakfast..gave us packed lunch in lieu of breakfast when we had early tour start. Excellent location. A stroll to the central square..

The location was ok a 5 min walk from the old square, my husband chose the hotel as I was taking to long, the one girl on the reception when we got there was very polite and helpful ie ordering us a taxi that type of thing, and they helped to break my case as Id locked it and couldnt get it open the day before we left. Beds where made and towels was changed and it was fairly clean at to what I seen. The shower door came off runner and they fixed it straight away.
Sorry for the long review,I always leave a fair review and only go on my stay on the actual hotel and room I never mention weather or noise outside the hotel as thats no ones fault. The room was standard/hostel feel tbh I think it was a family room three single beds two of which was pushed together or even joined so me and my husband slept separately, the hotel I would say needs updating its very tired looking, and for anyone with a disabilitys their is no lifts. The young girl doing breakfast duties for the first few days needs to have some customer service training not helpful at all tbh rude she didnt speak only to say room number literally like that and the other ones wasnt much better it does say English speaking hotel but they didnt seem to understand us. Breakfast wasnt much to shout about I know what continental breakfast is because Ive stayed in many places there was just no different variety and towards the end of our stay was very sparse. There was also no tea/coffee facilities in our room so you had to wait til breakfast opened I wake quite early and to have to sit for sometimes 2 hours before I can get a drink isnt for me sorry.

The hotel was central for the square. Staff were very nice and pleasant. The hotel was welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless. We also had a lovely breakfast. All in all a good visit. Would highly recommend . Both myself and my husband enjoyed our stay.

Excellent proximity to old town Square Very clean and the were so friendly and welcoming
We were on the top floor apartment and there was no lift maybe a problem for older stayers gets your steps in the blinds in the room need fitting as people can look in from above in the next block

The building is lovely, lush carpets and exceptionally clean. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom, which was very well lit also. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the main square, 15 mins from the castle and loads of restaurants and bars, both tourist type and local. Fabulous Italian restaurant with fine wines attached. Expensive but worth it.
I would not recommend the breakfast. Far better going elsewhere for a better quality, variety and cost. On the first day I was given a plate of lettuce, spoon of cream cheese and slimey stuff that I think was meant to be turkey or chicken. Second day, I wasn't even given that. To be fair, there were yoghurts, 3 cereals, but the scrambled eggs were either warm or near cold. Improve this and the score would be higher.

Location was in old town, a couple of blocks away from Rynek Gwny (the main square) and principal attractions in the historic center. Walking distance to the Castle, Vistula river, Jewish district and the dworzec autobusowy (central bus station crossing the park) Not a big variety for breakfast but was enough.
There is no lift/elevator. Anyway the girl in the main desk offered her help with the luggage. They didnt have enough info of tours to visit Auschwitz, we had to wait to the staff attending in the morning to have more info, and change our itinerary visiting Auschwitz one day later. The staff was friendly anyway. The room was big but narrow and the bed was really close to the wall, we had to walk sideways to cross the bed and kicked our feet :( The height of the shower was halfway up my belly, so the only option was to bathe in the tube instead of taking a shower.
