Wonderful hotel and good value for money. Great location for all attractions, main square was 15-20mins easy stroll. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood which felt safe at night for a solo female traveller. All the staff I met were friendly, courteous and helpful (apologies for not remembering names). The room was clean and comfortable with ample space for 1 person and all amenities supplied. Good variety of choice for breakfast and I was also provided a packed lunch in lieu of breakfast due to a day trip the receptionist organised - very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if I ever return to Krakow.
There was nothing to dislike about my stay at the hotel.

Spa was beautiful and reasonable pricing. Staff were friendly and attentive and always welcoming. Room was a really good size, enjoyed having lounge space and two toilets.
Amazing Location near to the Old Town on foot and with Tram Stops outside. Breakfast lacked options, not enough room for amount of guests. Staff members not particularly available. Lacking natural light as underground. Lift did not always work so means walking outside the hotel and the back into the front of the building to get the breakfast. The restaurant on-site was expensive and very limited in choices, would've been nicer to change this to an open bar for guests. Would have preferred a shower. Bed was uncomfortable, would benefit from a thicker mattress or topper.
