Hotel and location were great..this was our third stay here and we will come back.
The breakfast could be improved. The food was tasty however the buffet wasn’t refilled quickly enough, especially when it came to the vegetables or hot food.

The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main square in the old town. The hotel is lovely, nice room, staff all very helpful and friendly. The bar and breakfast room is great especially the outside courtyard.

Distance to the center, cleanliness of the apartment helpful staff
The apartment was very small, 3 beds and a mini bathroom in 12 square meters. The breakfast was very basic (no decaf coffee available, very limited options of items). The room supplied drinking water for the customers however they did not have without gas. Most people in Krakow drink carbonated water however this is a hotel and a lot of people are outside of Poland.

The breakfast was delicious. They offered a variety of breakfast foods every morning.
I liked everything about my stay at Hotel Logos Kraków. The staff even helped me to find a nearby device repair store when I accidentally broke my phone.

The location is really nice. About 2 blocks from the busy road that rings the old town. The surrounding neighborhood has multiple nice restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff was very reasonable. Breakfast was above average. They packed me a lunch for my early Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. The air conditioner worked great.

The hotel is truly in a great location, with easy access to the oldtown, main square, nice restaurants. Room was clean, staff - polite. So everything was good enough
The room was quite dark and small, with REALLY small beds. I've read this kind of comments before, but it still surprised me.. This is something hotel should deal with... I can’t imagine how two larger-built people could fit and sleep comfortably in such a bed. The breakfast also lacks quality (including at least a bit more variety), and the cleanliness of the patio area is really lacking. All things considered, the price-to-quality ratio definitely doesn’t seem right...

Location is very good! Rooms are quite spacious, clean with nice comfy beds. Breakfast is not special but for a 3 star hotel is quite enough.
Hotel has midleading information about parking. Booking.com website indicate that hotel has a parking but actually they ask you to park on the street or a parking spot which is 400 metres away - 20 EUR/day. That spot also confirmed that they have no agreement with the hotel.
I really liked the hotel, but definitely defining a parking option is at the hotel is misleading.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Krakow. Cute clean rooms.
Very close to all the sightseeings. 15 mins walk to everything you would like to visit. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area.
Kind receptionists willing to assist with any issue.
