The room was clean, the bed comfortable, location is excellent, good breakfast and the staff attentive and helpful.
There was a noise problem. I had a room facing the courtyard and people sitting on the entrance level patio made a lot of noise quite late into the night. The AC wasn't working properly so I couldn't close the window.

- Location.
- Courtesy bottle of wine within room.
- Breakfast good but no bacon or fresh eggs available.
- Air conditioning was not working inside room (informed waiting for a part)..
- Lifts were slow.
- Outside bar furniture worn, not cleaned down regularly and full of ants.
- TV channels limited.
- Check in slow.
- Bar drinks expensive and service slow.

Beautiful property. Awesome staff, bar, breakfast!
Just steps from the castle. Across the street from a park. We walked every where. We loved everything about it. Must stay there, always!
A/c was out, but it was comfortable temps in room. They provided fan and bottled water. We didn’t need the fan, windows opened.
