Lovely old property located in the centre of the old town. Very modern hotel with a welcoming bar area both indoors and out. Hotel is situated approx 250m each way to the Jewish quarter and main square. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was except

Excellent location – Wawel Castle, Grodzka Street, the Main Square, and Kazimierz are all within an 8–12 minute walk. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the great tea selection. The room was well-equipped with a very comfortable bed, an iron, and a hairdryer in the wardrobe, plus shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.
The room got a bit too warm at night. While it was fine during the day with the window open, it was difficult to cool the room down at night because the AC wasn't working.

Great spot, easy access to old town and the Jewish quarter by foot. Clean and modern facilities and friendly staff!

Location was ideal for getting around the Old Town and seeing all the sights.
It was very clean.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
The buffet breakfast (additional charge) was plentiful.
There was a problem with the AC in our room and thus it became quite warm, especially for sleeping.
The receptionist did enable the window to be unlocked to open wide and also provided a small fan for the room.

The location was great, very short walk to the old town and near public transport stops. There was plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. Had a fairly small gym which had some high-quality equipment.
The room got pretty warm when the windows were closed, as the air-con didn't seem to do much. I managed fine by opening the small window since it was only spring, but I think the room would be uncomfortably hot during a summer stay without a better cooling system

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful
Air conditioning either too hot or too cold. Bar closes at 11.00 when quite a number of people were looking for a further drink. They were advised to pay at reception to obtain a drink from a minibar which was obviously more expensive.

Excellent location for exploring the city. The hotel was easy to find, lovely walk to the nearby castle.
Clean and tidy hotel, good check-in and check out.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from.
Would recommend this hotel
We are not keen on air-conditioning in the room as it's very drying and accelerated an asthma condition. However, when you turn the air-con off and open the window the air-conditioning smart screen turns on to alert you the window is now open. It's a very bright screen that cannot be turned off and it lights the room up in the night. This was not great as it was like sleeping with a bright light on in the room all night.

Very Good
Very nice and clean on the edge of the old town and close to the Jewish quarter. The only down side was the the bar closed at 11pm so you struggled for a night cap when coming back from an evening meal.
Location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, staff all excellent.
